Olivia Newton John Cancer & Wellness Centre
The Olivia Newton John Cancer and Wellness Centre was built over eight levels, covering approximately 24,000sqm, with its landmark design and achieved a GBCA Five Star Green Star rating. The $110m project, constructed by Leighton Contractors, is located in Heidelberg Victoria and construction started in May 2010. The ONJ Centre was completed in late in 2012, and was fully operational in January 2013.

The $17m Allstaff Airconditiong project, constructed by Leighton Contractors, is located in Heidelberg Victoria and has been in construction since May 2010. It is scheduled for completion late in 2012 and will be fully operational in January 2013.
Hot water solar collectors and storage cylinders have been installed on the metal deck roof to reduce the energy load on the plant required for hot water to the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC).
The centre will provide a comprehensive range of cancer services including cancer treatment, education, the latest in scientific research, inpatient accommodation, radiotherapy facilities as well as clinical trial and research facilities. It also brings together a vast range of cancer services that has previously been dispersed through the Austin Hospital Health Service.
