Pacific Werribee (Werribee Plaza Shopping Centre)
Pacific Werribee is a $400 million redevelopment that expanded the existing Centre’s size by more than 35,000 square metres with fashion, fresh food, dining and entertainment precincts, and also saw the plaza adopt a new name – ‘Pacific Werribee’ (previously Werribee Plaza Shopping Centre).
The development includes a two-level 12,500sqm Myer store (three times its previous size) and includes a range of popular brands such as Country Road, French Connection, Veronika Maine and Sportscraft. Alongside Myer is Swedish retail giant H&M and Japan-based retailer Uniqlo.
The centre also features a Target store, 120 new shops and kiosks, a new fresh food precinct branded ‘Hunter & Gatherer’ that includes a Woolworths and an ALDI, a Village Cinemas redevelopment with two new Gold Class Cinemas and 1,500 additional car parking space. A new 10-bus terminal interchange, and outdoor al fresco restaurants and cafes were also part of the redevelopment to the centre.
